
Prefabricated House Specifications
(Cementboard + Polystyrene + Cementboard)
Designed against 100 km/hr wind speed, 80 kg/m2 snow load and first degree seismic zone.
EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR WALS: The wall panels are 10 cm thick. There is 80 mm thick, 16kg/m3 B1 class fireproof polystyrene insulation board between two 8 mm thick cementboard (Betopan). WALL CONNECTIONS: All materials used in wall connections are galvanized steel sheet. Plastic covering are used on the outside of the exterior wall connection to prevent condensation. DOORS: Exterior doors are steel, interior doors are American panel. Balcony doors are PVC. WINDOWS: PVC made, lead free and windows which suits to prefabricated house. Standard dimensions are 120×120 cm and transom windows are 40×60 cm. Windows have 4+12+4 double glazing. FRAMEWORK: System consists of steel profiles and wall panels. All load bearing materials are galvanized steel and are specially shaped by Rollforming machines. Steel bolts and nuts are used to join materials. Since there is no welding connections, the system can be disassembled and assembled many times. CEILING COVERING: 12 mm thick gypsumboard are used to cover ceiling. ROOF INSULATION: There is 100 mm thick glasswool between roof covering and ceiling. PAINT: Exterior and interior walls are painted with Dyobrand whose color are chosen by the customer. (Exterior walls – acrylic and Interior walls-water based plastic) All exterior metal surfaces are painted with double layer primary and double layer oil based sentetic paint. ELECTRICITY INSTALLATION: Electricity cables which have TSE standard are installed inside the walls. Switches, wall outlets electricity fittings are fixed and tested to make sure that whole system works. (Electricity board and meter are provided by buyer). SANITARY INSTALLATION: All the materials used in sanitary – PVC pipes, wash basin, toilets and shower have TSE standards
